Sarah is sooo much fun. She is full of energy and was so excited for her birthday. We celebrated in many ways. We did a little video chat so family far away could be a part of opening gifts.
Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you think and plan the perfect gift. Sometimes the impulse by of the Lego shaped candy at the register is the best present of all.
This year Sarah had her first "real" party. (In the past we have just had treats with play group.) This year we sent out invitations and everything. She invited friends from the neighborhood, church and school. It was lots of fun and very busy. A special thank you to Michael for helping out by running some of the games (it is so nice to have a third helper).

We played games, were very silly, and ate food and treats ... what more could a six year old ask for?
